Service Cancellation

Thorxiancrqueblo understands that circumstances may change. You may cancel your booked moving or packing service according to the following terms:

48+ Hours Notice

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may be eligible for a full refund, subject to any costs already incurred

Within 48 Hours

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date may incur cancellation fees as specified in your service agreement

Same Day

Same-day cancellations are subject to charges for labor and materials already committed to your service

Material Returns

Unused packing materials purchased from Thorxiancrqueblo may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused condition with original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your service date or scope, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate changes when feasible. Additional charges may apply for significant modifications.

Damaged Items

In the event of damage to items during our service, please report it immediately. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims and work with you to resolve issues according to our insurance coverage and service agreement terms.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about service quality or billing, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently through open communication and mutual agreement.
